For those looking for fuel efficiency above all else, the 2017 Honda Clarity offers three different energy options: hybrid, all-electric and hydrogen fuel cell. The vehicle can get the equivalent of 69 mpg in the city and 67 mpg on the highway. It also offers incredible power, with a 1.5-liter gas engine generating 174 horsepower and a top seed of 105 mph. On the downside, hydrogen fuel stations aren’t common, so it won’t be an option for everyone. Additionally, the hydrogen model isn’t really available outside of California. Still it’s a remarkable piece of technology that is sure to change the future of automobiles forever.
