Privacy glass will now be standard as well as two USB ports. Features offered include a JBL Audio System, navigation and a full app suite. The base engine will be 2.7-liter four-cylinder engine that outputs 159 horsepower, while an optional 3.5-liter V6 generates 278 horsepower. Choose between a manual transmission and an automatic transmission.
The biggest changes will come with the Tacoma TRD Pro. Most notably, the TRD Pro will feature a desert air intake system that provides a cleaner air environment for the engine and keeps out water. The TRD Pro will feature LED fog lights, an all-new grille and hood scoop, as well as at least an inch of lift, so better off-road performance. Other notable improvements to the TRD include 2.5-inch Fox front shocks and improved suspension. Also, for 2019, drivers will have a new color option: Voodoo Blue. In the interior are leather seats and floormats with the TRD logo.
